What it is:   
State of the art research facilities providing flexible and collaborative laboratory and teaching opportunities for continued advancement of cellular and biomolecular research.
Opening date:   

Groundbreaking: September 25, 2002

Official Opening: November 3, 2005

What's in it:   
Laboratory and teaching facilities on 10 open concept floors for 400 research workers and faculty. The four storey Donnelly Atrium will be constructed between CCBR and the Rosebrugh building. The Medical Sciences Building Cafeteria will be renovated and incorporated into the main floor of CCBR. New landscaping as part of the re-development of the south-east corner of the St. George campus.
